M3 Monaco and Raunautica, part of RNY Group, have entered into a strategic collaboration agreement aimed at supporting the enhancement of marina services, operational standards and yachting destination development in Egypt.
The agreement was formally concluded in Monaco on 26 June 2026 by José Marco Casellini, CEO of M3 Monaco, and Eng. Waleed Dabess, Chairman of RNY Group, during a formal signing ceremony in the presence of Mr Amr El Rashidy, Consul General of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Marseille, together with representatives of Raunautica and M3 Monaco.
The collaboration brings together M3 Monaco’s international marina advisory expertise, Smart & Sustainable Standard methodology and Monaco-based yachting network with Raunautica’s local operational experience, market knowledge and on-the-ground understanding of Egypt’s marina and waterfront sector.
The collaboration will focus on several key areas, including marina service enhancement, operational standards, customer experience, sustainability, training and capacity building, destination promotion, and project-specific support for marina and waterfront developments.
As Egypt continues to strengthen its position as a Mediterranean and Red Sea yachting destination, the partnership between M3 Monaco and Raunautica seeks to create a practical bridge between Monaco-based international marina expertise and Egyptian marina market implementation.
“Egypt has significant potential to develop a stronger and more internationally visible marina and yachting ecosystem,” said José Marco Casellini, CEO of M3 Monaco. “Through this collaboration with Raunautica, we are pleased to combine our international experience, sustainable marina methodology and Monaco network with a trusted local partner that understands the operational realities and ambitions of the Egyptian market.”
“Raunautica is committed to raising the standards of marina operations, customer experience and nautical services in Egypt,” said Waleed Dabess, CEO, Raunautica. “This collaboration with M3 Monaco allows us to bring international perspective, structured advisory support and smart sustainable practices to projects that can contribute to the future of Egypt as a leading yachting destination.”
The agreement also provides a framework for project-specific collaboration opportunities, including marina assessments, operational improvement programmes, destination positioning, training initiatives, events, investor and developer engagement, and support for selected tender or marina management opportunities.
Where applicable and subject to client authorisation, the collaboration may also support the management and enhancement of specific marina projects in Egypt, combining Raunautica’s local marina operations expertise with M3 Monaco’s international advisory experience and S3 Smart & Sustainable Standard methodology.
