Is S3 the same as La Belle Classe Destinations?
No. S3 is the M3 Monaco Smart & Sustainable Standard. La Belle Classe Destinations is a Yacht Club de Monaco label; M3 can support an application, while the YCM makes the admission decision.
Does an S3 assessment replace regulatory approval?
The assessment organises practices, requirements and evidence within M3’s framework. Project permits and statutory approvals remain separate decisions by the responsible authorities.
